These terms and conditions are governed and construed by the laws (but not the rules governing conflicts of law) of the U.K. You agree that if any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.

Pricing
The prices displayed on our site are correct at the time of display. However we reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without notice. When we have accepted an order we will not change the price that applies to that order.
 
Availability of Goods
All goods advertised for sale on this site are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable or ex-stock we will inform you by email or by telephone.
We will not charge you for goods that we can not supply and will therefore send you a full refund if goods have already been paid for.
We will not be responsible for any damage or losses that you may suffer if we fail to supply goods.
We have attempted to display the goods on this site as accurately as possible.
 
Specification.
Absolute consistency of sizes (eg: approximate fit sizes), materials, proportions, colours and shades are not guaranteed by the company and are given as guidance only. On those occasions where repeat orders find that the garment colour is slightly different to the previous order, Absolute Embroidery cannot be held responsible for those changes.
All garments should washed according to the washing machine instructions attached to the item.
 
Suppied Garments.
All garments supplied by Absolute Embroidery have been checked for damage before sending out and during the embroidery process.
Absolute Embroidery can not be held responsible for damage or loss which occurs to garments which have been supplied by the customer for embroidery. For example damage caused by machinery malfunction.
 
 
Payment information
Payment must be made in advance. We accept payment by Paypal (logos), cheque or cash (on collection only).
We can only accept payment by sterling cheque and we will not dispatch goods until payment has cleared in our bank.
Carriage Charges - All orders are subject to a packing and carriage charge. Prices start from just £3.35, all items postage prices are calculated individually, depending on the weight of the item.
 
 
Dispatch of Goods
We will deliver the goods to the address, which you have given at the time of purchase unless otherwise advised.
We aim to deliver all our products within 10 working days, however this is not guaranteed. Personalised items or bulk order may take longer.
We will always do our very best to get items to you in time for special occasions, however this may incur higher postage charges for special deliveries.
All items are dispatched in excellent condition.
Bulk orders will be sent by courier with tracking, to ensure the item is received in good time.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your item has been sent out.
 
 
Damage or short delivery
Damage and/or short delivery must be confirmed in writing via email or telephone within 3 working days of receiving the items.
Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Absolute Embroidery Ltd.
 
 
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days of dispatch. All returns need to be in its original unused condition, unless they are defective or damaged on receipt. please contact us before returning the item.
We will refund the product price or change for another product. This will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
 
 
Non-delivery
Claims for non delivery must be made within 14 days of the dispatch confirmation email date.
Liability
We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods caused by you.
We will not be liable to any person for damage or loss arising from the use of goods advertised on our site.
Without prejudice to your statutory rights the information contained in this site is provided without warranty and in particular we do not represent or warrant that the information is accurate, complete or current or that the use of this site will be uninterrupted or error free.
